Thomas Sim is a CPA and Attorney at Law. He received his accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and started his accounting careers with Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. As a managing member, he also owned and managed his own accounting firm over 15 years providing accounting, complex-issue solving, consulting, and tax services to various domestic and international businesses. He also represented and continues to represent numerous domestic and international corporations, business owners, and individuals in the areas of tax laws, business transactions, corporate governance, immigration, and business and real estate closings.
